I love this thinking and the way you’ve shaped these ideas. My experience suggests that people don’t always understand who they’re reporting to and what matters to them, let alone if they understand what is being presented. Reporting for the sake of reporting. Putting it into a recipe with an expected outcome (benefit) is a perfect metaphor. Thanks.
