This is such a great insight, Emma. I have never understood people's inability to forge meaningful relationships through digital* means. I work fully remotely, have done for almost 5 years and have had and continue to have, excellent relationships w peers and clients (marketing agency). I do find that the in-person experiences are elevated, but this is only a product of the relationships forged in that remote setting.
